M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Management was established in the year 1995 by Gokula Education Foundation (GEF), duly approved and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Also known as the Post Graduate Center for Management Studies and Research, the Institute has been training the finest of students in the country in various disciplines of management. The Institute’s programmes are specifically designed to prepare future managers to face the most difficult issues across a multi- disciplinary work environment with ease. The Institute is a Wi-Fi campus with ample facilities such as Classrooms with LCD Projectors and Audio-Visual Systems, Conference Halls, Computer Center with 120 Systems, Sports Complex, Health Club and Canteen to ensure that the students have access to a comfortable and state-of-the-art infrastructure.

Institute has a large library with an exhaustive collection of books on
various aspects of management and related subjects from all over the
world. The library has EBSCO, J-Gate and other online databases. It has
more than 10,000 books on various management subjects. In addition, the
Institute subscribes to 50 periodicals including several International
Journals. The Business India Magazine in its “India’s Best B Schools”
issue dated October 2011 has rated the Institution as an “A+” Grade
Institution. The Institute is also ranked among the Top 100 B-Schools,
in India, as per the Dalal Street Journal Survey 2011.
