MAH CET 2016 Dates Announced; Test on March 12 and 13

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra State has announced the test related dates for its state level management test - MAH CET 2016. The application procedure for MAH CET 2016 starts from February 12 and continues till February 23, 2016. The test will be conducted in online mode in a two day window on March 12 and 13, 2016.
As per the eligibility, graduates in any discipline from a recognized institute with minimum 50% marks can apply for the test before its deadline. The application procedure is completely online.  The application fee for MAH CET 2016 is around Rs.1000 for General category candidates and Rs. 800 for reserved category candidates.

MAH CET 2016 will be a computer based test with duration of 150 minutes or 2.5 hours. There will be 5 sections with total 200 questions to be answered. The test will be conducted on March 12-13, 2016 across centers. The time and venue for the test will be mentioned in the candidates admit card, available only for the registered candidates.

The Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MAH CET) is a state level exam conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai every year for admissions to full time post-graduate management programmes at DTE affiliated B-schools. MAH CET 2016 scores are accepted for admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Management Studies (MMS) and Post Graduate Diploma Course in Management (PGDM) programmes. Majority of the B-schools that accept MAH CET scores are based in Mumbai. The total number of participating institutes count is over 100.
